Personal Data Processing

Effective date: June 4, 2026. Version: v3.0

This document describes the processing of personal data on the btg.ivsofte.biz website (hereinafter — "Operator", "Website") in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended effective July 1, 2025), and constitutes consent to the minimal processing of data that the User provides voluntarily.

1. Operator

Administration of the btg.ivsofte.biz website. Contacts:

  • Email: ivsofte@gmail.com
  • Telegram: @undetect

2. Data Minimization and Localization (152-FZ)

2.1. The Operator does not collect or store Users' personal data in databases of its own (personal-data information systems): the Website has no registration, no user accounts, and no data-collection forms.

2.2. Because the Operator maintains no database of personal data, the requirement to store databases of Russian citizens within the Russian Federation (Art. 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ, in force since July 1, 2025) creates no localization obligation — no such database exists, whether inside or outside Russia.

3. What Data May Be Processed

  • the content of an inquiry that the User sends themselves through third-party services (email, Telegram, Discord, VKontakte) and the contact they provide — those services act as the operators of such data;
  • diagnostic materials (logs, screenshots, PC configuration) if the User sends them voluntarily;
  • technical web-server data (IP address, user-agent, date and time of request, referer) — anonymized, in service logs, for security, without aggregation into a personal-data database;
  • service data on the fact of payment from the payment provider's panel (amount, time, order ID, the email the buyer provided) — stored within the provider's infrastructure.

The Operator does not request full name, passport data, residential address, phone number, biometric data or special categories of personal data.

4. What the Operator Does With the Data

The Operator does not collect, systematize, accumulate, or store personal data in databases of its own. Processing is limited to reading voluntary inquiries within a third-party service's interface and reviewing service data about the order in the payment provider's panel — to the extent necessary to provide the Service and to communicate. Once these purposes are achieved, the need for the data ceases.

5. Purposes of Processing

  • provision of Services (consulting, installation, launch, configuration, technical support of software);
  • communication with the User regarding the order, support and service;
  • ensuring the security and stable operation of the Website, fraud prevention;
  • compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Transfer to Third Parties

The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes. Disclosure is possible only upon a lawful request from authorized state authorities. The payment provider (Digiseller) and infrastructure services (hosting, Yandex.Metrika — servers in the Russian Federation, JivoSite) process data on their own side as independent operators, to the extent necessary for the operation of the Website.

7. Withdrawal of Consent and Contact Procedure

The User has the right at any time to withdraw this consent and to request that processing be stopped and voluntarily provided data deleted, by sending a notification to: ivsofte@gmail.com. The notification should include an identifier allowing the request to be matched with the correspondence/order (e.g. the email used when ordering).

8. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

In accordance with Federal Law 152-FZ the personal data subject has the right to:

  • obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
  • require the data to be clarified, blocked or destroyed;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or in court.

9. Personal Data Protection Measures

  • use of secure communication channels (HTTPS);
  • restriction of access to data to authorized persons only;
  • processing of payment data exclusively on the payment provider's side;
  • logging and monitoring of access.

10. Changes

The Operator may amend this document. The current version is published on the Website.
