This Consent to the Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter — "Consent") is provided in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" to the administration of the btg.ivsofte.biz website (hereinafter — "Operator").

By using the Website, placing an order or sending an inquiry, the User (the personal data subject) confirms that they freely, voluntarily and in their own interest grant this Consent.

  • email address that the User provides themselves when placing an order or contacting support;
  • identifiers and nicknames in messengers (Telegram, Discord, VKontakte) if the User contacts the Operator through these channels;
  • content of messages sent by the User to the Operator;
  • diagnostic materials (logs, screenshots, PC configuration) if the User sends them voluntarily;
  • technical data: IP address, user-agent, request time, referer, technical cookies, server logs;
  • service data on the fact of payment received from the payment provider (amount, time, order ID).

The Operator does not request full name, passport data, residential address, phone number, biometric data or special categories of personal data.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • provision of Services (consulting, installation, launch, configuration, technical support of software);
  • communication with the User regarding the order, support and service;
  • ensuring the security and stable operation of the Website, fraud prevention;
  • compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Operations with Personal Data Covered by the Consent

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to the contractors specified in the Policy, anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Processing is carried out both with and without automation tools.

5. Transfer to Third Parties

The Operator transfers personal data only in the following cases and to the minimum extent necessary:

  • to the payment provider (Digiseller and others) — for processing the payment;
  • to the hosting provider and infrastructure service providers (CDN, Yandex.Metrika, JivoSite) — for technical operation of the Website;
  • to authorized state authorities — upon their lawful request.

The Operator does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing or any other commercial purposes.

6. Validity of the Consent and Storage Period

The Consent is valid from the moment it is given and until it is withdrawn or the purposes of processing are achieved. After this period the data is subject to destruction or anonymization within a period not exceeding 30 days.

7. Procedure for Withdrawal of the Consent

The User has the right to withdraw this Consent at any time by sending a written notification to the Operator's email: ivsofte@gmail.com.

The notification must contain: a name or other identifier that allows the Operator to unambiguously match the withdrawal with the data being processed (e.g. the email used when ordering), and the will to withdraw the Consent.

Upon withdrawal the Operator stops processing personal data and destroys it within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by law or by an agreement between the parties (including obligations under a contract to which the User is a party).

8. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

In accordance with Federal Law 152-FZ the personal data subject has the right to:

  • obtain information about the processing of their personal data;
  • require the data to be clarified, blocked or destroyed;
  • withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
  • appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or in court.

9. Personal Data Protection Measures

  • use of secure communication channels (HTTPS);
  • restriction of access to data to authorized persons only;
  • processing of payment data exclusively on the payment provider's side;
  • logging and monitoring of access.

10. Changes

The Operator may amend this Consent. The current version is published on the Website.
